Currently a seller is outselling my auctions 10copies to 1. I have lowered my price but still can't sell much items. - Hello my friend., I am an eBay seller, what I see is that he is offering his product for $18.99 with FREE SHIPPING. Yours is $16.45 with $4.99 Shipping. When people buy from him they pay a total of $18.99 with lightening fast free shipping. Plus free tech & info support. Also a usb cable. When people buy from you they pay $16.45 + $4.99 = $21.44. They are not sure how fast they will get it. Plus you infer that they may have problems because you offer troubleshooting services. Wording is everything. I hope this helps.
