Auction Sniping?
Okay, on ebay when you have a sniper program set up, say i have it set for 5 seconds...does the sniper program know they have a maximum bid? Is 5 seconds ( for the snipe set up ) too short a time for it to consecutively bid it for me until i have outbid them. thanks alot well iguess what i mean is, because they have a max bid and the program doesnt know what it is, that means it will have to auto-bid for me until it overrides theirs, i dont know how fast these programs are...but would 5 seconds be enough time?

- I don't believe that any sniping program has the capability to see what the maximum bid is of the person who is currently the high bidder, otherwise the option to setup how long before it starts to snipe would be pretty pointless. As for the time you have setup, that's strictly up to you. Personally, I would set it to about three seconds and just let the program know the most that I would pay for that particular item.
