What is the best software for posting and managing ebay auctions?

I'm looking for software to manage all my ebay auctions, something that allows me to post 100+ auctions at roughly the same time, prepare them all in advance (HTML, etc). Looking at sites like download.com, there's plenty of buying software, but no selling software.
