What is sniping? Should I use it?
I've read that with this system that you can download on your computer, you are more likely to win auctions on-line (ebay) and it's useful for when you are not able to be present at the end of auctions. My question is, is it legal to use it? Is it safe to download it? Can you advise a reliable source? many thanks to all

- Looks to be something of value for Auctions online. Not sure of the legalities could depend on the Auction and their rules and regulations. As for downloading a program for it, just look through well known and trusted downloading sites like ZD Net and be sure you virus scan it before and after installing it.
