ebay..want to bid on accounting software, but it has been previously installed and UPC removed. Is it safe?

- I would be cautious with this one because most accounts software only allows you to install it once after it has been registered... You will probably have to buy a new serial etc...
- no i would not nuy it, it is outdated or it woud not be on ebay lus you have no way to know ifthe key codde works, theseller can tell you it does that does not mean it does
