Any suggestions for me on starting an online classifed/auction website?
I already have the domain. Now I need suggestions on how to get started...software, where to find the software, etc. THANKS!

- Microsoft FrontPage is an easy to use program to create web pages. It normally comes bundled with Microsoft Office but you can download free trials of the software. You can also type "Free Web Page Editors" in a search engine to see what comes up. You could also hard code the html to create web pages but that's no fun at all. Using a html editor is way easier. Open Office might even have a web page editing program bundled in to use. Open Office is a free alternative to the popular Microsoft Office Suite and is available on the web for free download.
- Until you get some a large volume of listings, you don't even need software. Just write each page and listing individually using an HTML generating program like Coffee Cup or Front Page. You can work one-on-one with each person until you are overwhelmed by volume. After you've made some money, you can pay for software or hire a web designer to write some for you. .
