Auction Sentry Knowledge Base
What is a good bid sniping program for Ebay? I've seen some of these on the internet and most want your ebay id and password and I don't know which ones are any good or which ones are safe. I used to use Auction Sentry but I haven't used that one in a while. I guess I'm trying to find a good product or service, but I don't know which ones are good or which ones re reliable. Also I would like to find one for other auction services also.
Ammunition / Ammo Storage Safe Decision Help? First, I want to say thank you to anyone who can help me. I'm thinking about buying a small safe to securely store my ammunition, as well as prevent it from going off in the event of a fire. And if anyone broke in, I would hate for them to grab and use my ammo. It's a little paranoid, maybe, but better safe then sorry. And yes, I'll keep a few shotshells nearby. I've narrowed it down to two, and my choices are: 1. AMSEC FS1310, which has 350F 1-HR UL tested fire rating, 81 lbs, costs $239.38, seems to be the more security oriented of the two. For more info: http://www.amsecusa.com/fire-safes-import.htm 2. Sentry Safe OS3421, which has 1-HR UL and ETL tested fire rating for computer media (nice for the plastic in shotshells, I guess), ETL 15ft drop test, 99 lbs, costs $239.38 (normally, this safe costs around $250, but I found an auction), the less security oriented of the two. Renting a home from an agency? My husband and I are going to go look at a house for rent. We are currently living in a small 2 bedroom apartment with our 3 kids. Unfortunatly we are anywhere near a posistion to buy a house. We found this deal that is a really awesome deal. I really am hopeing that it willl work out right and that we can rent it. However, I have only rented apartments. One was a large complex and the one we are in currently is a small complex owned by a couple. The man is from a place called Sentry Service Corp or something. In the message they ask if you are calling about the rentals to leave a message ect. Anyway- what do I need to be aware of when considering renting from a agency? The ad is some what vague in details, they did specify a years lease. Anyway, any one have any advice about renting from an agency? Looking online I can only find stuff about renting a place you own through an agency, not being the renter. When I go to talk and look at the place I want to be well informed and knowledgable as I can. Thank you! Additional Info The place seems to have been vacant from what it looks from the outside. Including a left over old truck. When I googled the address it came up in a list of left over items to be put up for auction for lost rents or something last year. We had to leave several messages and have to wait a lot on the contacts end to get an appointment to look at it. Could this be a bad sign? I really want this house to work out for us. We are in Utah - Salt Lake County if that changes anything of how you look at it
